I am a movement artist, question asker, space maker, dance theorist, experience sharer, and curious human being.
I am rooted in somatic practices that utilize improvisation, functional awareness, yogic philosophy and breath work to answer questions. It is through answering that I exist.
I seek truth; not as an absolute but as grey matter that binds together human experience. I am intrigued by relationships among the self, others, and the world as a living, breathing organism.
I create spaces for all beings to move, process, and be heard without hierarchy. I believe in honest collaboration and the village it takes to raise new ideas.
Practice with me in the studio, outside, in a biergarten, at the post office, on the couch; dance comes in many forms, let's move everywhere.
